Intense Driving School Terms And Conditions

1. Pupils's are to insure that they are holders of a current valid provisional driving licence. If new style driving licence both photo card & paper counterpart are required. If old style paper licence please bring your valid passport. Licences should be shown to the instructor at the first meeting.

2. All lessons should be paid for prior to the lesson commencing, (no credit will be given.)

3. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson will incur a cancellation charge at the same rate of the lesson. Intensive courses should be cancelled no less than 14 days prior to the start of your course any course cancelled within 14 days will be charged in full and no refunds given.

4. Intense Driving School will not accept liability for pupils belongings left in the vehicle.

5. It is against the law to drive while under the influence alcohol or drugs. Any student being suspected of being under the influence of either will have their tuition terminated for that day.

6. Intense Driving School reserve the right to withhold the use of instructors vehicles if it is in the opinion of the instructor that the pupils driving is not at a safe standard for the driving test.

7. Intense Driving School can not be held responsible for the cancellation of a driving test by the DSA.

8. All deposits for Intensive Driving courses are non refundable
